Category: Posing For female & male models When posing with a model of the opposite sex, it is especially important to create images where the both of you are looking in the same direction. It might sound silly but if you think about it, a good picture of a couple can be an even greater image when they appear to be looking at the same thing. Sometimes looking in different directions can work but in many instances, it is a better composition overall if the two are looking in the same general direction. During your couple shoots, don't be afraid to tell your modeling partner to look at some object in the distance that both of you can focus on before the photographer snaps the photo or to direct each other as to where you plan on looking so that he/she also knows where to set their eye level at.

These types of situations are mainly on a case-by-case basis, meaning that not every person will have the same results if they find themselves in this situation.
