Quick Tip #25

Category: Pictures
For: Male & Female Models

This quick tip is great for all models but freelance models will find it especially useful. When it comes to submitting yourself for different modeling assignments, it's great to have more than one type of headshot. The reason for this is so that you can, in a sense, customize your submissions to various clients/projects. One universal headshot sometimes isn't enough to convince a client that a particular model has the right look they want so it helps to send a picture that won't leave any room for doubt. You don't have to go overboard and have a bunch of headshots...2-3 is more than enough.

For example, I have two main headshots I use--one for fashion projects and one for commercial/print:

Fashion Headshot
Commercial/print/lifestyle Headshot.
